About Tucker Consulting Group

Tucker Consulting Group is a strategic advisory and independent services firm supporting organizations in the areas of workplace conduct, employee relations, compliance, civil rights, and organizational effectiveness. While the firm’s foundation is rooted in higher education compliance and Title IX work, its services now extend across educational institutions, municipalities, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.

We help organizations develop and implement fair, consistent, and legally sound approaches to workplace and organizational challenges, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and interpersonal misconduct.

Leadership

Kristan Tucker leads Tucker Consulting Group with extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, compliance, and organizational investigations. Her background includes senior-level roles in higher education administration, where she directed institution-wide response efforts involving workplace conduct, civil rights matters, prevention programming, and organizational policy implementation.

Prior to founding the firm, Kristan served in multiple leadership and practitioner roles including Human Resources leadership, Title IX and Civil Rights Coordinator roles, and as an independent investigator. This cross-functional experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of how organizations operate across compliance, employee relations, and risk management functions.
