We are skilled at policy, procedure, and template development to ensure a consistent, neutral, and equitable response to reports of discrimination, harassment, and violence that are compliant with regulations and guidance. This may include the creation of a consistent method of documentation and record-keeping. Additionally, we are trained at assessing the current office/entity structures, protocols, and policies to make recommendations for the future as well as check for compliance gaps.
